Built from hands-on HubSpot CRM cleanup work
LeadRecoverly was built after seeing the same CRM problems show up inside real sales work: paid leads with no follow-up, deals with no next step, duplicate records, unclear ownership, and reports no one fully trusted.
We focus on practical HubSpot cleanup issues
LeadRecoverly exists for teams already using HubSpot that need a clear list of records worth reviewing first.
You stay in control
Free HubSpot reports do not change anything. Paid actions require review and approval before LeadRecoverly writes to HubSpot, and every action is recorded.
Not a full platform replacement
We are not trying to replace HubSpot. We help teams get a clearer cleanup list from the HubSpot CRM they already have, often before they are ready for a larger platform upgrade.
What makes the product specific
LeadRecoverly is built around the practical CRM questions sales teams actually ask:
- Which leads were created but never worked? The missed-follow-up view focuses on activity, ownership, and next-step gaps.
- Which deals are making the forecast look better than it is? The stale-deal and pipeline-risk views focus on close dates, stage age, recent activity, and next steps.
- Which duplicates actually matter? Duplicate review is prioritized around records that may split history, ownership, reporting, or active opportunities.
- What can we safely fix? Paid plans are designed around review, export, and customer-approved actions rather than blind CRM edits.
Why Nathan built LeadRecoverly
Nathan Christiansen built LeadRecoverly from the operator side of the problem. His sales background includes hands-on work with HubSpot CRM, lead follow-up processes, pipeline review, and the messy record-level issues that make a CRM harder to trust.
The product is intentionally practical: show the records that may need attention, explain why they were flagged, and keep any cleanup action under customer review. It is not trying to replace HubSpot or promise magic automation. It is built to help small teams understand where follow-up, pipeline, and data quality are breaking down.
That perspective shapes the product: LeadRecoverly focuses on missed follow-up, stale deals, duplicate contacts, owner gaps, and source-field issues because those are the issues that create real friction for sales teams.

Operating principles
- No unapproved CRM changes. Paid write actions require explicit customer approval.
- No unapproved large-CRM charges. Expanded processing requires approval before additional coverage.
- Practical over flashy claims. The product is built around high-impact cleanup, recovery, and prioritization.
- Transparent limits. Free HubSpot reports are sample-based. Paid plans include defined scan coverage.
