Partner & referral terms

How referrals work

• You get a unique referral link or code. When someone clicks it, we attribute them to you for a 60-day window.
• If they start a paid plan within that window, they are credited as your referral.
• Attribution is last-touch within the window and is recorded at checkout.

Commission

• You earn 25% of the net subscription revenue we actually collect from each referred paid account, for as long as that account remains an active paying customer and you remain in good standing.
• Commissions are calculated on amounts collected, net of refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and fees. If a referred customer refunds or charges back, the related commission is reversed.
• Self-referrals are not eligible. Referring your own account, or accounts you control, is prohibited and will be rejected.

Holds and payouts

• Commissions are subject to a 45-day hold from the date revenue is collected, to account for refunds and disputes.
• Payouts are issued once your cleared, eligible balance reaches a $50 minimum.
• You are responsible for any taxes on commissions. We may require a W-9 or equivalent and may issue a 1099 where applicable.

Promotion rules

• Promote LeadRecoverly honestly. Do not make false or misleading claims, do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by HubSpot, and do not promise specific results.
• No spam, no unsolicited bulk messaging, no paid search bidding on the LeadRecoverly brand, and nothing unlawful.
• Do not represent yourself as LeadRecoverly or as an employee. The program is an independent referral arrangement, not employment, agency, or partnership in the legal sense.

Changes and termination

We may change commission rates, windows, holds, minimums, or these terms on a going-forward basis with notice. We may withhold or reverse commissions tied to fraud, abuse, self-referral, or chargebacks, and may suspend or remove partners who violate these terms. Questions: partners@leadrecoverly.com.
