What each tier does

Permissions
Free scan
Uses read-only HubSpot access. It cannot create, update, merge, delete, or modify CRM records.
Paid approved actions
Uses write-capable access only when a paid customer wants LeadRecoverly to run approved actions. Nothing changes without review and approval.
Running a scan
- Progress bar: Shows the current scan stage, records processed, and completion percentage.
- Plan limits: Each tier has included contacts, companies, and deals per scan.
- Large CRM Coverage: If your portal is larger than the included plan limit, LeadRecoverly shows the limit before expanded processing. There are no surprise overage charges.
- Saved results: Returning customers can view the latest saved scan before running another one.
Approving actions
- Open a finding and review the suggested action.
- Confirm the record, field, old value, and new value.
- Add an approval note if helpful.
- Check the approval box and run the action.
- Review the action in your action history after it completes.
Billing and cancellation
Use Manage billing inside your dashboard to open the secure Stripe Billing Portal. You can view invoices, update payment information, and cancel there. If the billing portal does not open, reconnect HubSpot from the dashboard so LeadRecoverly can verify the correct account.
Troubleshooting
Dashboard asks me to reconnect
Your HubSpot session may have expired or you may be in a different browser than the one used at checkout.
Billing does not open
Reconnect HubSpot, then try again. Billing access is tied to your verified paid account.
Scan is slow
Large CRMs are processed in batches. Keep the tab open during browser-driven scans. A dedicated background worker is planned for heavier accounts.
